Purchased three so called "Magic Jacks". None works. The only help is www.magicJack.com where you are requested to tell your friends to try the "magicJack" free "for $39.95 plus shipping and handling. I tried three "free" at the cost of well over $130.00 and many hours, weeks, and months. Still unable to "magicfix" as advised on the packaging, nor able to reach magicJack customer service. If only they would make available a street address and phone number with a live individual to speak to. I am unable to use these jacks. At time of purchase, free return shipping and purchase money guaranteed, if dissatisfied. Return to where? The only guaranty I get is an appology the system is temporarily down, please try again later. Is "magicJack" legitimate? How do I find out?
