I started seeing dark round spots in my TV screen about the size of a tennis ball. September I had my 52" TV picked up from my apt for repair. And haven't seen it since. When I go to the local office to talk to the Manager Danny. All he does is insult me and harass me. He said my TV is located in the store and doesn't need repair. The dark spots are in my imagination and they are not going to send it out for repair. I only have 2 more payments but refuse to make them until my TV is repaired. Danny said I need to get my eyes repair and they are not fixing anything. I refuse to deal with this abuse. How can I resolve this.
