Took Money when we didn't have Product

I rented a big screen tv from Aarons and within just a few weeks the tv would not work. We called the store and after several days and lots of run around we were told that we would have to have the tv repaired because the problem... Which we found out was very common was not covered by the warrenty.

The part and repair was going to cost about $500.00 on a brand new tv. Eventually, weeks later again... With no tv... The store agreed that they would cover the cost of the repair. They came and picked up the tv (a couple of days later.) We were told it would take a week to repair and then the tv would be returned. After a couple of weeks with no tv and no word from the store, we called and were told that it was going to be a bit longer.in the mean time they brought us a tv as a loaner, which was nice. Finally, they told us that our tv was going to be much longer to repair but they had a new, nicer model that we could have for the same price. We agreed, when it was deliveried, it was obviously used, with ketchup on the speaker covers and scratches to the screen and case. To make a long story short. It took over 3 months to get a tv, all the while we were making our payments.
We did eventually get a new tv which works great but the frustration and hassle was not worth it.
