I gave my daughter my ring to send to repair a diamond fell out, without asking me or telling me the cost of the repair, the ring was repaired costing $500.00 dollars, at the time I was still making payments on the ring and could not afford to get it out. My daughter misplaced the repair ticket, and Kay's refuse to return the ring without the repair ticket. We were given the repair ticket # they refuse to trace the ring using the repair ticket #. I paid over 3,000 dollars for that ring, and I am sick that they are trying to keep it. Please can somebody help me get my ring, I have been to the Better Business, Attorney General, what else can I do?
