Dont Buy a TV in This Store

3 months ago i walked into this store and few hours later walked out with almost $7000 worth of Merchandised. I have been planning for years to upgrade my house electronics and decided to take advantage of their 3 years 0 interest offer on that day. My biggest ticket items was a 52" HD Samsung A650 which cost me about $2200. Among others I got a HD 32" TV Insignia for my bed room, a HD video Camera a Laptop for my son and others. I thought if I consolidate my spending I would be treated fair and receive a good deal. NOT!

Neither one of the TV works but it took me over month to figure out that it is not the Verizon FIOS receivers that is the source of the problem. The problem is when using HDMI input The Audio on the TV's does not work. Verizon intestinally suspected their receiver box and send me replacements boxes (which why I took me over a month to realize it was the TV's). Since I also purchased the Extended warrantees from Best Buy for these items, they sent me their geek Squad" agent to look at these TV. It took him a month to get to me and when he did his conclusion was that the mains boards on these TVs must be replaced!!! By now 2 months have elapsed since I purchased these items. I went back to Best Buy and told the TV dept manager about this I expected him to say No problem, we will replace these items for you and sorry for the inconvenience. After all I spent a lot of $ in this store. But Not. He was extremely rude to the point where I just turned around and walked out while he was still talking. I am amazed at how could any one treat their customers this way and stay in business.

My mistake is that I should have returned every thing within the one month window to Best Buy but I kept thinking the problem is with my cable providers and I had faith in Best Buy to treat me right. NOT

Also we just learned that our 3 years 0 interest deal has been shortened to 18 months.

Also don't buy HDMI cables from this store. They ripped my off with $80 cable I could have purchased at Frye's for $17 or on Amazon for $2.5.

I am so angry because I feel they took complete advantage of me. We just received $200 for Christmas from Best Buy which I then the next day took back to the store and got the money back. I went I purchased the same items in another store.

Don't spend you money in this store..

I intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
