Ripoff fraudulent business mistreated and ripped off

I could not beleave it, my first time buying a compter montor 17in samsung syncmaster 763mb. From bestbuy it had a $40.00 rebate with it. Filled it all out sent it in 8 weeks later no rebate, called them and asked, wares my check its in the mail heard that one before? Watied 3 weeks more weeks no check
maybe thats how they compsate them self for disconts, give out 500.00 worth or rebats, and screw 500.00 worth rebats that way they lose nothing.
