My husband and I both ordered Sony 19 inch flat screen computer monitors from Bestbuy.com because they offered a $100.00 rebate off the regular price. When we filed the paperwork, we got a response that only one rebate per household was allowed. This is a MAJOR ripoff... It should be per monitor not household. Bestbuy.com should have to give us the other $100.00 that we were screwed out of. We spent over $1200.00 on these two monitors, and if it had not been for the rebate, we might have gone with a different brand.
