Bought a verbatim CD burner from BestBuy 4/6/03. Promptly submitted $30 rebate to Bestbuy and $20 to Cendyne rebate center at Santa Ana, as it handled Verbatim rebates. Got my rebate from BestBuy within six weeks. Still waiting for the one from Verbatim.
After countless messages at their 877-797-3956 number, I threatened to write to Attorney generals of CA and NY. Next day, some one responded and left a contact number 714-556-1020, x116. Left many messages to that number to avail.
