All I wanted to do was to add four numbers to the shipping address. I was told by several Dell employees (sounded like they were from India) that they could not do anything to the address.
I asked the first girl that I spoke with to put me in contact with her supervisor four times. I asked her supervisor twice to put me in contact with her supervisor. Finally I got what is called the floor manager... He told me that I had to cancel the order and start a new one. I asked him to cancel the order so that I could start a new one. He then said that I could not do that since the order was already 'put together'.
I have tried several times to contact Dell's head quarters. I keep getting the run around.
*The item I bought will be shipped to nowhere. It appears that I'm out $.
