I purchased a Dell Computer for just over $800.00 and spent the next year, and hundreds of hours on the phone, attempting to achieve some merit of satisfaction. Dell customer service is a joke. I spoke to reps in the Philippines, India, and the US... Rep after rep, supervisor after supervisor, all irritating and pompous, especially the Americans! Very sad commentary.
Return policy is 14 days... Sent it back and forth 4 times.in the end, Dell got what they wanted... I gave up. Stay away from dell!
