I have a 7 month old Blackberry Curve. The charging port quit working. A couple of the pins inside broke, under normal and gentle use. Blackberry and it's providers are refusing to treat this as under warrenty. They claim that it is user abuse or some such thing. They tell this to providers also, like ATT. I see hundeds of complaints online.
It's time for a class action lawsuit against RIM to make this admit this a product defect.
