I bought a Rim Bend at an AT&T shop in Santa Rosa, CA in January.in-May, inside the guarantee time, I had been inserting within the receiving wire (cautiously as usually) also it did not feel right. I appeared within the receiving interface and observed a few the connecting hooks were not aimed correctly. It appeared in my experience just like a really small area of the plastic encompassing the hooks was lacking. I approached AT&T. They stated as there is "bodily harm" towards the telephone it had been not included in the guarantee. I described again and again to varied repetitions over many times and several hours that used to donot harm the telephone, I had been managing it cautiously and also the interface simply quit functioning correctly. I acquired exactly the same reaction over & over: "bodily harm therefore not protected." While pushed, one-rep stated that no real matter what, including switches that go wrong... Whatsoever, if it's bodily (meaning not the digital operating) it'snot coated whether the client did something to trigger the harm. This really is CRAZY! I can't cost the telephone using the charger, just via an replacement wire through the computer Hardware interface. Also it doesn't work occasionally. I named Rim plus they stated they've no obligation because the guarantee is through AT&T. Watch out for AT&T's guarantee and Rim!
