After nine years with AT&T wireless, I was disgusted to learn that they suddenly began to add charges each and every time you play a game after BUYING and downloading it onto your phone. It wasn't always like this; and if they were going to charge customers each time they play a game after purchasing it, they should have made this clear to begin with. Anyone knows with economics being such a nightmare these days, the proper thing to do would have been to inform customers of the "new" charges instead of bringing on a rude awakening!!!
When my Razor phone gave me problems after owning it for a year, they replaced it with another Razor instead of simply giving me the option of selecting a different model since I was eligible for an upgrade. And when the same problems occured with the second Razor, a number of incompetent employees did everything they could to give us the runaround just to avoid doing their job correctly by allowing me to get the upgrade of my choice! The matter was eventually resolved but it never should have taken so long to begin with.
