I received defective merchandise, I contacted the company for permission to return for an exchange. I was given an RMA (return mdse authorization number) I asked if I would be reimbursed they said my account would be credited.
I received an e-mail telling me it was unfotunate but they did not have any more of the item I had ordered in stock. If I returned the item in perfect condition with all parts and catalogs, they would credit my account. It's been almost three weeks since I sent the item back and I have just received partial credit for my order and no sign of reimbusement for my shipping cost to send it back. I have been told it is against their policy to refund shipping costs. I did not change my mind about the product, it was defective. I believe I should get my shipping cost back since it was not my fault I had to return it.
