The key pad previouly for this one was about 25 yrs old. I've been after ADT to obtain a new key-pad. And on Friday 11/10/08 ADT mounted a brand new one I paid $167.00. I've been returning and forth using the sales person his title is (Bob) in Holbrook, NY workplace. To create a long story short. I expected him since I have arrived in your home like a new operator I ought to have an update. He's been really rude, arragant. And never prepared to work with something. Once the ADT man allow my house on Friday, I began to get issues with senser 16 in my own home. I called back and criticism. They delivered another ADT technology to my house he explained the indicator was poor, that was not and he transformed it. He quit again I'd issues. I called again and criticism. They delivered the initial man that arrived on Friday 11/10/08 back again to my house. He explained he did the programing incorrect. He talked towards the boss (Bob) and also the solution he offered me was we can not continue returning below. We are billed. Why do I have to be billed for somethign that ADT isn't instaling proper? Our next thing would be to drop to Customers Matters and create my criticism.
