Ripoff victimized many consumers FOLEY

A few years ago cingular bought out bellsouth in alabama.

They failed to tell consumers that when this was done we would need to go under their new contracts, which are alot different.

I am a working mom, very busy as a lot of us are and are slaves to the big companies evan though with out us they would be nothing. We all just pay the bills to busy for the b-s. Quit my job to stay home more started paying attention to bill to get them back down. Noticed a wooping $100.00 difference in phone bill as it was for months thought with work calling it just got out of hand found out it was cingular over charging me. Now when i speak to them about the overcharge their reps. Tell me that they are not charging me for my nights and weekends what was happening is they weren't charging till it went over package min.

Now am i saying this wrong because they don't understand. I got on bellsouth, 600min free nights and weekends 8pm till 8am free roaming and e-mailand text messaging. Cingular does not have that which bellsouth in my opinion is better. So now i call and the rep say no mam if you were on that program we had to honor it. But you changed to the notionwide program so now we can't honor that anymore SORRY!
