Free Nights and Weekends Promise Denied and Billed $1200

I bought a cell phone from a Cingular Wireless store in Macomb County Michigan. They told me I would have free nite and weekends for 1 year with the purchase I didn't receive a bill for two month. When I called the said it was sent I got a bill the third month for 1200.00 dollars which i had two pay because the said the never told me i had free nites and weekends I faxed them a copy of the receipt and the said it was fake so I got stuck paying the whole bill.
