I started my services with Cingular wireless in Feb. Of this year. From the beginning I have had trouble with them. Poor signal everywhere, dropped calls, not able to connect with service numbers, voicemail not working and so on.
The most recent thing is that they are trying to charge me for going over my minutes, not accumulating rollover, charging me for calling my voicemail, counting nights and weekends and mobile to mobile as regular minutes and trying to charge me an arm and a leg.
