Best Buy's Product Service plan is a waste of time. For over a month now I have been going back and forth with them trying to get my ipod replaced it has been replaced with refurbished ones each time. One was DOA and the other dies shortly after receiving it. If you do not have the time to spend atleast an hour with the geek squad then don't bother with the plan. Better yet go to Circuit City and save yourself some time and money.
