Don't do business with bankone. They are a bunch of idiots and don't care about their customers.
My card number was charged by someone without my authorization.
1). No credit card slip with my signature.
2). This merchant was reported to the police and state attorney generals office.
3). BankOne said that the would investigate and resolve within 90 days.
4). It is now over SEVEN months and still no replies from them.
I write, I call, I fax, and I email them, and they ignor everything.
BOTTOM LINE: Some crook is enjoying the $7,000.00 and BankOne doesn't give a crap.
We I don't give a crap either, cause I will NEVER pay them back for something that I never purchased.
Their card is now shredded and they can kiss my a_ _!!!
