I recently bought a from Sears Store in Deptford, N.J. While it had been shipped it had been discovered to truly have a slit within the drain line. After being about the telephone with atleast 6 various people and needing to clarify the issue to every one of them, I had been informed from the fix people who they'd be-at my home on 8/15 to create a brand new line. They sent it on 8/11. Once they turned up about the 15th, it had been the shipping people, not the fix people plus they had no line and that I was informed, after 2 more telephone calls the line needed to be requested and could be delivered to my house in 7 to 10 times. At such period, I had been to contact and put up another appt to possess this connected up. This has become likely to be-at least 3-4 months with no washer. I'm 65 yrs old and CAn't be pulling garments to some laundromat. Your support is horrible! There's no such factor at Sears as Customer Support. I taken care of this device and clearly that is whatever you worry about! I'll never purchase from Sears again and that I may advise as many folks as you can to tell them of one's BAD support.
