I'll never buy anything from sears again!!! I can not start to explain how ineffective and ineffective their customer support is. I bought a having a 1-year guarantee, which abruptly ceased operating after 4 weeks. I named fix who arrived 5 nights later and required a component to allegedly resolve the machine. They created an appt to return in 14 days. (bear in mind, I've today overlooked each day of work while awaiting them-and am experiencing 2 1/2 months hauling laundry for my 3 kids and myself towards the laundromat - but I am not furious nonetheless) the following specialist comes as planned (evening 2 from function) and it has the brand new components but continues to be not able to repair the machine. Today I am getting furious since I'd an enormous heap of filthy washing simply waiting to become cleaned the moment he'd my machine fixxed (I'd overlooked the laundromat for that previous 2 times expecting his appearance) THEREFORE, today they declare another 10 times to-order another component... A-side note... Previous weekend my Craftsman mower broke... Never again am i going to move foot in sears!
