I requested and taken care of some for shoes for my nephew like a holiday present through sears. I had been informed they could be sent to my house by Holiday. On holiday event, I obtained and mail saying these were in the Sears store. (about 45minutes from my home) I went up there to choose the shoes up, to discover the e-mail was an error. They advised me that I'd possess the sneakers by Dec. 30th plus they could be sent to my house. That day arrived and went. I named Sears repeadedly plus they extended to inform me they might look at the problem and contact me back within 24-48 hours. I never obtained a telephone call back. After many grievances I had been provided a five-dollar gift-card for needing to delay so-long. (I believe I invested more in gasoline operating as much as the shop to get the shoes which were not there). Nowadays, after about 2 dozen telephone calls, I had been informed they do not have the shoes and they are likely to "attempt" to matter me a return. I've not yet obtained this $5.00 gift-card that I had been designed to obtain. The "customer support" group they've is terrible. This type of person excessively rude and simply do not care. I'll never conduct business with Sears.com again.
