Ordered a rice cooker on Nov 27.30 plus emails later, still no rice cooker or refund. Answer back from ikitchen is that the item is back ordered, and that they won't refund my account because of the back order. Paid on Paypal, but they waited to respond until after the claim period on paypal had expired.
