On 2/19 i made a purchase for a rotisserie oven and the site showed it was in stock. I paid immediately with my paypal debit card. It was to be shipped withion 5 days. I waited and waited and no oven. I finally emailed and asked where my oven was. Even though the site says they provide tracking info it is not available. Finally several days later i got an email saying the item was out of stock. I asked for a refund. App. 5 days later i emailed again and asked for a refund. This is the reply i got

We are sorry we could not provide you with the item you ordered in a more timely fashion. We have canceled your order and refunded and sent it to out billing department to be refunded in full

BUT NO REFUND CAME. I EMAILED AGAIN THIS IS THE NEXT REPLY&I will check with my billing dept and make sure your refund is issued immediately if it hasn? T yet been refunded. Im so sorry for the delay I WAITED AND STILL NO REFUND. I EMAILED AGAIN AND THIS IS THE REPLY I GOT - I issued the refund today!

Well guess what? I still have no refund. I have filed an affidavit of disputed transaction with paypal and i also called and spoke with paypal this morning and told them what is going on. They are starting the charge back process and i hope they will ban this company and all its other company names that are at the same address.
