Ripoff scam crooks Don't seem to matter

Same problem as the other complaints with no expected resolution! I'am 69 yrs old and on social security. This was to be the last major purchase of my life. I purchased a riverkd-145 from asaph Inc. On June 26 for $3550. Same story. No piano, No refund! Lots of communication, lots of promises, some in writing, but no results. Just recieved a letter from Gardner Law Offices dated jJuly 9." In the matter 0f Asaph Inc., John Terrell Wilson III, Jeanna Ruppe Wilson, Chapter 13 Bankruptcy was filed on November 30." I've got e-mail dated April 4 and June 30, plus many recent calls stating " Please understand it is not our intention to not supply a piano or refund. We will do everything humsanly possible to fill your order just as quickly as inventory is available or we will issue you a refund if that is still your choice. Sinscerely, Accounting Department, Asaph Music and Technologies". For your in formation the accounting was run by Jeanna Ruppe Wilson! This down right decieful! According to this Attorney, they do not represent Asaph Inc. Nothing there. This is a personal bankruptcy for the above and any debt assumed prior to the November 30 filing will not have a claim. What a total scam!

Also be advised that MR. WILSON IS STARTING A NEW BUSINESS!!! Pity his next customers with no protection from North Carolinas State Government! I contacted a local Attorney." If you hire a N. Carolina attorney it is going to cost you as much as your piano and you still might not get anything." The best I can determine at this time is to contact the District Attorney in North Carolina with as much facts as possible. Some facts to consider - 1. The e-mail mentioned above. 2. The web site and I have copies stated"we are bonded with Liberty Mutual up to $25,000.00. This could be FRAUD. 3. Also stated 'Allof our pianos come with 100% satisfaction guarantee." 4. Plus alot of other reasons why you shoud buy from Asaph Inc. And how "legit" the piano super store was.in mt opinion this whole operation is a very clever scam set up to defraud the public and circumvent the law and the state of North Carolina so far is not doing anything about it I'am hoping someone, some advocacy group, Government agency, Attorney can help me on this. I never thought I would get SCAMMED at my age. I guess your never to old to learn something new. HELP! Tony El Paso, Texas U.S.A.
