I paid Wilcom leasing to pickup and deliver a piano I purchased from a private party. They claim to have picked it up and were holding it for delivery until I was ready. I asked for it in January and was told it would take up to 6 weeks for them to schedule a delivery to the New England are. Then they began telling me that due to fuel costs that would not deliver until they had a full load. I have been contacting them weekly or more since then and get the same story - no full load yet. Now they have disappeared - no web site, phone disconnected, etc. I have no idea what happended to the piano or the $950 I paid for the delivery.
