July 24,6:30 AM, I wake up to what I think is HSN on TV. It was a MagicJack infomercial, but I thought it was HSN. They had a slightly obsucred logo that looked like "HSN", and it was run exactly like HSN. I thought it was safe to buy because I was ordering from HSN. I ordered the MagicJack. Then I got up and had a couple cups of coffee. Excited about my new purchase, I went to www.magicjack.com to learn more about my new tool. The first thin I learned is that it won't work on my Mac (it's not an Intel Mac), so I clicked on "Customer Service" to cancel my, order. To my surprise and dismay, ALL the buttons for 24/7 Live Chat, Billing/Orders and Returns did nothing except to send me to another page. On this page, it said, “Every answer you will get from a Live Person, is available right here at your fingertips, without delay” and I was told to use the Search engine for FAQs. I spent all day yesterday and half of today trying to get an address or phone number for MagicJack or Ymax. Here's what I found: [email protected] and [email protected]. I sent each an email with "Please Add to My Order" in the subject line.in the body, I said that I wanted to add something to my order but could not find any contact info, and none of their buttons for live chat worked. BINGO! I GOT A REPLY from Rikard Bone (Rikard. [email protected]). I replied, telling him that the only thing I wanted to add to my order was: CANCEL IMMEDIATELY and told him why. I told him to remove any charges or pending charges to my credit card, and to send me a legitimate street address to which I can return the MagicJack, IF they have already shipped it.
Then I called my credit card company and reporeted fraud. They put a block on my account. I sent them a letter and 5 pages of the 2,000 complaints about MagicJack that I found online. I Googled for the address of the attorney general in my state, for the AG in Florida, and for all my reps in Washington, D.C. And mailed them a letter. I also contacted www.lawyersandsettlements.com about starting a class action lawsuit. I found two street addresses for MagicJack: CT Corporation System,

5700 Georgia Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33405
