Cancelled order-want hold on credit card acct released - Service

On 1/15 I placed an internet order for 1 magicjack. After 5 days of trying to straighten out my order, have it confirmed, and get it shipped, I lost my patience and cancelled my order. This order was for their 30 day, NO RISK trial period. Of course they required a credit card # to place the order. When I gave it to them they immediately placed a hold on 53.29 in my credit card acct. After 5 days of haggling with their "live reps" on their customer service chat lines, out of complete frustration, I cancelled my order. No magicjack was ever shipped to me. Magicjack still has a hold on 53.29 in my creditcard acct. My bank told me that since the 53.29 has not posted, I cannot dispute it and have to wait until MagicJack's merchant releases that hold. How can I get that to happen when I cannot find a real human being working for MagicJack to even talk to? Emailing and chatting with them just gets me NOWHERE! Please HELP!
