Have GE stove design JVM1650, magnetron went, was four yrs old, no guarantee, GE technician cited me on phone cost of &69.95 for support phone and $100.00 to correct product. Considered cost was excessive for product I just invested $300.00 for, but spouse desired to maintain product and we named and rescheduled visit. Another fix guy arrived, required 35 units for him to displace justified magnetron, and billed me the $69.95 service phone, but billed me $175.00 for that work, with duty, it came to some whole with tax of $229.45 I named GE service Dept. Plus they stated they've no state in what their specialists cost for support, can't think such a trustworthy organization could easily get away with such steps, even though it appears like I am out the additional $46.00 they billed me, I wish that by others scanning this, they'll pay attention to all of the unfavorable reactionis this company has received.
