I drove up to a corp. Store to see their selections of phones. Was told that the phone i would like to have had not been released yet to metro pcs. So i proceeded to get a model 2125 nokia. All it does is phone and voice mail; it does have a rather rinky-dink calendar that takes forever to use. I bought the phone and they signed me up for a plan; told me i had to sign up for the $45- plan if i wanted email and web capabilities. The phone they sold me has no email or web capabilities. I have called repeatedly and gone into stores as directed by customer service. Oh yes, here's their cute trick. You call customer service tell them the problem and they tell you that you have to return to the store where you made the purchase. But, when you do, the store tells you that you need to call customer service. I have tried five or six times to get this problem remedied. Metro pcs may be a great deal, but at least cingular aka att would fix the problem. An attorney that i spoke to once told me that he could only represent a class action lawsuit for six or more people. Willy gary is the most renowned class action lawyer in florida if not the entire U.S.
When i purchased my phone i put it on an automatic debit for my monthly bills. My bank can only do so much. If i deduct anything from my automatic debit; metro pcs threatens to cancel my service; how fair is that!!!
