Bought phone on Babcock St Palm bay fl. Had to return phone for a warranty phone, I was told 4-5 business days. Called 10 ten days late only to be told they were not doing warranty phones anymore asked why I was not called, no one had an answer. Went to 2nd store on palm bay -publix plaza. I called them 1 wk later, again no phone call. Warranty phone had to be returned because it would not connect to towers. Manager tried also agreed to order another phone. Took my 1st phone home to print pictures, just bought wifi printer, only to find my memory card was missing. When I called store they said it was not possible. Explained It was there when I left was told OH WELL. All my pictures of children and other important things that cannot be replaced. Went to corp store on Wickham explained situation. Answer is the individual stores represent Metro, but corp stores do not represent them. I realize I won't get my memory card back, but a LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and RESPECT would have been appreciated. I only hope when T-Mobile takes over they will hire people that will do the job the way the customer expects it to be done. Very disappointed customer in palm bay, fl. Will be looking for another carrier.
