I have been a customer of metro PCs for years, I never really had any issues, until know. My attempted 5 times to make my monthly payment online, due to a conflicting address, my payment was rejected. I then proceeded to go to the store and make my payment. The following day I noticed 300.00 gone from my checking account, After calling my bank, they told me metro PCS had 5 authorizations to hold my money. Even though they declined and I made my payment at the store. I am a single mom and cannot affords to wait 11 days for my bank to release those funds. My bank told me they can release it if Metro gives them the ok, but getting a hold of anyone that has any sense is virtually impossible. Now I am stuck waiting for metro to fax back a simple form to release my money or wait the 11 days for the bank to release the hold on MY money. I am very angry needless to say and sick of the customer service that I have been getting.
