ZIPZOOMFLY Wants fee for repairing defective returned motherboard ripoff

Purchased an Asus P5N-E SLI nForce 650i SLI Socket 775 1066MHz DDR2-800 Motherboard Retail from Zipzoomfly.com order # Z4350643.

Tried to Installed the motherboard which arrived defective and damaged. Opened the box, called right away, sent it back. SAME EXACT Packaging it arrive in. Couldn't use it. Shouldnt have a problem right.

First, some dumbass customer service girl lied about return shipping costs. Then another offered me a return envelope when i called back after i shipped the item. Then some jackass manager named Mike blamed me for damaging the motherboard and told me that i would need 55.00 to replace the piece that I supposidely broke.

I mentioned that the motherboard was returned due to it being broken. They mentioned that it might have gotten damaged in transit, yet they did not report this to the delivery company.

I have never experienced this type of service with any other online computer parts company. I am never ever going to buy any computer products from Zipzoomfly.com. And i highly recomend if you think products can come damaged. THIS COMPANY WILL SEND EM AND MAKE YOU PAY OUT THE ASS FOR THEM TO BE FIXED.

Went around them to ASUS itself and they helped me no problem. Screw ZipZoomFly because they screwed me already.
