I'll not bore you wth all the details since most of the posts on this site regarding HH Gregg are a variation of what I'm going through currently. I will tell you, my TV quit working on Feb. 11 and as of this date July 3 they still haven't fixed it. They have been here off and on 6 times including taking it to their shop. It is truly amazing that in todays competitive market they can get away with this kind of customer service. They just don't care. It's as though they make the sale, take your money and then it's "don't darken our dorway again".
I am strongly considering buying another TV (not from HH Gregg) and let them continue to follow up fixing my existing TV and once I know it's fixed donating it to Goodwill and taking the donation off my taxes... Just a thought. Anyway, I'll never make another purchase from them again and would caution anyone considering a purchase from HH Gregg... Buyer beware!!!
