HH GREGG Augusta, GA Has the best customer service and warranty than any other I have ever bought from. I purchased a tv several months ago and received a 250.00 gift card. I could use that gift card anywhere I did not have to use it at HH Gregg. My son bought a tv from Best Buy and his gift card had to be use at Best Buy he could not use it anywhere. My warranty was cheaper and better than his warranty he puchased from Best Buy. I just bought a camera and checked both stores again to make sure who had better warranty and customer service. Best Buy's warrant was 30.00 more for the same amount of years and HH Gregg's warranty was better. The gentleman spent time with me to show me the difference in each camera I was looking at showed me how to work it and really helped me understand what I was buying. HH Gregg is really a great place to do business with.
