We purchased the extended warranty... BIG mistake. We have been waiting for our TV to be repaired for a month now. We have called HHGregg, the warranty company HH Gregg deals with and NOBODY seems to know anything about how long, when or how. This is certainly no way to run a business. I could not walk into your store and tell you do deliver something to me and then not be able to tell you when or how I will pay for the TV. I want my television fixed. I paid hard earned money for this TV and it is a shame that your company is not able to honor the warranty and sales that you profess on the day of sale.
