I bought a laptop from HHGregg because the price was comparable with others and it was on sale. I had heard good things about Acer and the local HH Gregg store was conveniently located. I bought the computer August 28 and there was a serious Hardware malfunction the first week in November. I decided to take the computer back to the store to see what they would do about it. They offered no help at all because we were beyond the 30 day warranty. They told me that I should have bought the service plan and would do nothing for me. They told me I would have to mail it back to the manufacturer which cost about $40. The keyboard and touch pad needed replaced. They were nice and helpful up until the point of sale. I'm not shopping at HH Gregg again.
