Come to find out Thompson's is no longer servicing RCA and a new company called Alcoa Electronics is doing it. But if you send in your product to Thompsons Inc. Alcoa just says to bad get you pakage back from Thompson's Inc yourself.
No contact number for Thompsons but it seems if you call RCA they can connect you to Thomsons. I am supposed to here back within 48 hrs...
