I purchased headphones for my wife and sister-in-law. Not very expensive, but they were in the color and type of headphone they were both looking for. Gave my VISA and Credit Card info. Within one day of placing my order my card was charged, yet my order remained PENDING on my TNG account page.
I tried to contact the company through their "ticket" system which seems to be a total waste as well as contacting them through their "help" email. Next step was calling, however both the phone and fax numbers were disconnected. Did a bit more research and found out their WHOIS data (the site is hosted by GoDaddy) and reported the Phone number is being invalid to them. Within a week GoDaddy provided my with a new number which too proved to be worthless as it rang to a busy signal.
I have since informed GoDaddy that the new information they were given was inaccurate and that I was pursuing action with the LA BBB for sellers fraud against TNG Direct. I urged GoDaddy to look further into TNG website and take action against a company that was using their hosting services as a platform for fraudulent behavior. I have yet to receive a response from GoDaddy.
As for the LA BBB, I have an active complaint in with them and it is working through the motions.interestingly enough the three numbers that they had listed for TNG Direct were all disconnected as well.
I hope to be able to get my money back, however I would be satisfied if the individual responsible was caught and charged so that no other person must lose money to them.
