I ordered they took my money and never shipped item

I order with them online and they took my payment. I had a track number, but it was never shipped. I calll and get answering service, i email and got no reply.

I went to online help and they finally said it is being packaged.

Well this has been at least 7 days and they got my money but they have not shipped it yet..
