Shipped my ipod for repairs mid April. As of 5/5, not returned although they reported it to have been repaired and charged my credit card for the repairs. Company on line "support" is completely unresponsive claiming a different BS excuse each time I try to contact them. When I point out that they are wrong about what they're telling me, they simply clam up and don't respond to on line, fax or phone requests.
They simply took money for repairs and never returned my ipod and won't explain. Bad Bad company. Stay away!
