I obtained the company from an ad on Google. It offered to analyze repair problems on ipods and make repairs if requested. They sent me a prepaid envelope to send my ipod. I sent the ipod but did not notice that they had reversed the addresses on the envelope. The envelope was returned to me by the post office. I received an email from Rhouse indicating that they had not received my ipod. I called them and explained the problem. They told me to relabel it and send it back to them. I put new postage on the envelope and remailed it.
When I did not hear from them, I called. They told me that they had not received the ipod. It also was not returned to me by the post office. It has been more than four weeks since I sent it to them.
