I recently bought the game - The Sims, Pet Stories for my 11 year old daughter. After installing it, the game would not start and gave an error message. I reported it to the support group at EA. Since then I have been getting nothing but a runaround, questions I've already answered, asking me to do things I've already done, etc. I must have sent the 5 or 6 screen shots that were exactly the same, simply because they would not work on the problem further without them. There were no differences WHATEVER in any of the screenshots, yet they kept asking for them, even though I kept telling them they were exactly identical to what they already had.in the end, they were not able to give me a fix and I finally gave up and sent the game back for a refund. This, after several days of going around and around with them. Any bets on whether I'll get a refund?
This company is a disreputable one and I would certainly recommend that people not buy anything from them. You'll be wasting your money.
