I purchased HOMM 5 from Circuit city during their going out of business sell. I could not play the whole game, Because part of the game was missing. I sent it to Ubisoft to be fixed. They sent the game back to me with a letter telling me to go to their web site to get payment options for another game, & that my game was defective. Why should you have to pay for another game when it's the game (Ubisoft) companies fault your game is defective in the first place? Thats not good business practice if you ask me. I'm not going to pay for the same game twice.
