EA games is one sorry company. This is the only type merchandise you buy and cannot get a refund because of quality or should I say not satisfied with. You buy toaster not satisfied you can return it but a video game not satisfied you are stuck with it and wasted your money. This has to change. Time of incident is not relevant. This game has been removed from my system and is no longer played and I have emailed EA and still waiting for there answer to my refund request on the basis of not satisfied with the game. The retail sector will not refund an open game but you have to play it find out you don't like it.
