I purchased a portable dvd player from Tigerdirect.com along with the Assurz program. I decided to return the dvd player to Assurz, I contacted them they immediately issued a UPS return label for me. I recieved an e-mail from Assurz letting me know that my return had been recieved and inspected and I would be receiving a refund check within 7 - 10 business days. After 3 weeks I contacted them and I was told they needed to investigate, but they were unable to tell me if a refund had been issued or not. I waited a couple days and contacted them again I was then told that they had no information about my refund, I was then given the name and number of the accounting manager.
I have left him messages sent various e-mails and til this date I have not recieved any response. I am very concerned, I feel as if they just want me to become frustated so I can just forget about it.
