I wanted to try this item it sounded great try for 30 days free. You don't pay until the 31st day but, the day i contacted them that i was wanting to return the item because it didn't do what they said it would do they gave me a RMA# and then charged my credit card. I returned the item and when i contacted the via their support chat live which is the only way to contact them, they recieved the item and when i asked them to tell me why i was charged for a item that was use free for 30 days i had the item 2 days i tried it workd ok on 1 phone call but you couldn't call cell phones because there was nothing but static.
