Isaac purchased ebay item number 170827331116. Once he recieved the item at the end of May he found out the item did not fit. So he had the option to return it or we could provide a way for him to make the item fit. He wanted to take the time to work on the item and not return it.
We then mailed him out a second 250.00 item. That item was to be used to make adjustments to his purchased item and he needed to return it. Once the item was returned we would credit him 60 dollars on his original purchase.
So we made sure his mower was up and running ASAP. With in a week he told me he it worked and he would be returning our secondary item.
The return never showed. Ebay has asked him to return it, and at this point he is not answering any calls nor is he attempting to communicate with us.
We assume he sold the other second item for parts.
This person made a very poor choice and we just want to inform others of his mistake to steal from us.
Please be aware and avoid trusting him.
