I placed a Web order four months ago and the product was never shipped. Mark Capps does not reply to emails after he has your money.internet

I placed a Web order four months ago and the product was never shipped but my money was taken.

I got a canned reply from my first email request saying he just bought the business and was slow to ship. Since then he will not reply to my requests for a refund or shipment of the product I paid for.

His Website is still active scamming people.
